At Nutriline, customer satisfaction is important. If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly assist under the conditions below:

1. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • To request a return, email info@nutriline.co.za with your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective).
  • Perishable or personalised items.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Nutriline’s error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal value if stock is available.
